Rays, Inc., doing business as Shady Rays, along with its affiliated entities. All references to “Services” include digital platforms, physical stores, products, and any related offerings made available by the company. If a user does not agree, they must discontinue use immediately.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, which are not controlled by the company. Shady Rays is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites, and users access them at their own risk.

Return and exchange policies, promotional terms, warranty coverage, and prescription eyewear guidelines are governed by separate detailed policies available through the Services. These policies form part of the overall user agreement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Shady Rays regarding use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the company.
